Our Story
3d Medical Aesthetics was founded by longtime friends and physicians, Dr. Kasimati and Dr. Laho, whose shared passion for personalized care began in medical school. Together with Nicole Kasimati, NP, a nurse practitioner specializing in aesthetic medicine, and Ermelinda Laho, an expert in healthcare analytics, they built a practice rooted in trust, science, and compassion.
What started as a vision for truly individualized care has grown into a welcoming space where clients are treated like family, and where beauty, safety, and innovation come together seamlessly.
Meet The Team
Nicole Kasimati
MSN, CNP, ANP-C
Nicole graduated from Quinnipiac University with her BSN and went on to earn her Master’s in Nursing there in 2010. As one of the founding members of our team, she is a trusted aesthetics practitioner with deep clinical expertise. Nicole’s background includes years in dermatology at Boston’s VA Medical Center, where she performed advanced and highly specialized dermatologic treatments. Her specialties include Botox®/Dysport®, dermal fillers, Laser/IPL skin rejuvenation, ThreeForMe™, modern skin care solutions, and stretch mark removal. Known for her precision and eye for natural results, Nicole is passionate about creating individualized treatment plans that help clients feel confident, refreshed, and truly cared for.
Haki Laho, MD
Founder & Physician
Dr. Haki Laho is a board-certified hospitalist at New England Baptist Hospital with over 20 years of medical experience. He earned his medical degree from the University of Tirana Faculty of Medicine in 2000 and went on to complete his residency training at Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center in New York in 2013.
In addition to his hospitalist role, Dr. Laho brings his extensive clinical expertise to 3D Medical Aesthetics, where he oversees all treatments and services to ensure the highest standards of safety, effectiveness, and patient care. His dual commitment to both hospital medicine and aesthetics reflects his passion for improving patients’ quality of life - whether through advanced medical care or helping clients feel confident in their own skin.
Ivi Kasimati
Founder & Physician
Dr. Ivi Kasimati is a hospitalist and Medical Director of the Perioperative Assessment and Surgical Optimization Unit (PASU) at New England Baptist Hospital. He earned his medical degree from the University of Tirana Faculty of Medicine in 1999 and completed his residency training at Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center in New York in 2006. With more than 20 years of clinical experience, Dr. Kasimati is recognized for his commitment to patient care and medical excellence. Beyond his hospital work, Dr. Kasimati brings his expertise to 3D Medical Aesthetics, where he oversees all treatments and services to ensure the highest standards of safety and effectiveness. He specializes in PRP hair restoration and laser stretch mark removal, combining advanced techniques with a patient-centered approach to deliver natural, lasting results. His dedication to blending science with aesthetics allows clients to feel confident that their care is always in expert hands.
Xheni Lusha, BSN
Registered Nurse & Injector
Xheni (Jenny) Kasimati, BSN, has over 10 years of medical experience, including critical care as an ICU nurse at South Shore Hospital. She transitioned to medical aesthetics in 2022, training at the Audrey Rose Institute of Medical Aesthetics, and specializes in FDA-approved injectables, IPL hair removal, IV/vitamin therapy, and PRP induction. Xheni is passionate about creating individualized treatment plans that prioritize safety, natural results, and client comfort, and she is always available to guide clients before, during, and after their treatments.
Heather Nesti
Licensed Aesthetican
Heather is a talented and passionate aesthetician, licensed through the Elizabeth Grady School of Esthetics and Massage in 2019. She specializes in facials, HydraFacials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, CoolSculpting®, IPL hair removal, and advanced skin care treatments. Heather is dedicated to creating a serene, welcoming environment where clients can relax, feel pampered, and learn how to care for their skin. With her expertise and personalized approach, she helps every client leave feeling refreshed, confident, and radiant.

Gena Brahja
Licensed Aesthetician
Gena is a licensed aesthetician passionate about helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin through personalized care and advanced techniques. A graduate of Jupiter Beauty Academy, she combines a deep understanding of skin health with a refined, gentle touch to deliver exceptional results. Gena is certified in microneedling and dermaplaning through the Stonhart Esthetic Institute, as well as in PCA Chemical Peels and HydraFacial® treatments. She tailors each service to her clients’ unique needs, blending expertise and artistry to help them look and feel their absolute best, glowing from the inside out.
